POSITION: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT FOR LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
Job description:
- Updating and accounting for banking operations;
- Update, monitor, and account sales debt; Compare and confirm debts
- Issue sales invoices;
- Process and check purchase and sale documents;
• Prepare payroll, social insurance, labor contracts; sales commission; Brokerage commission;
Monitor imported and exported goods and prepare monthly reports.
- Monitor and account for allocated costs, revenue, cost of goods, depreciation of fixed assets;
-Print documents, accounting books, and store according to regulations;
- Prepare financial statements, tax reports, tax finalization and other reports according to regulations;
• Update daily income and expenditure reports.
Requirement:
- Good English communication (Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing)
Graduated from College or University majoring in accounting
• Age from 28, Male or Female. Quantity: 1 person
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience or more
Office information technology Excel, Word and Misa accounting software
Honest, careful, enthusiastic and have a high spirit of learning
- Have worked with tax authorities on financial statement settlement
• Working hours: from 8am - 5pm. From Monday to Friday, work half a day on Saturday
- Applicants who meet the requirements will be notified of the accounting interview schedule.
- Gross salary: from 24 million - 26 million VND/month
- Probation period: 2 months
